DVD Burning

Just as with CDs, there are two different methods for copying DVDs. Replication involves making a glass master DVD and manufacturing discs by stamping copies from the master. This is the best process to use with larger runs as it is more efficient and cost effective when you have thousands of DVDs to make.

For 500 or fewer copies, you are better off burning, or duplicating, them. Duplication makes copies directly from the master. It's also a good method to use if your media needs change frequently. You can copy them on demand, and it will save money.

When you copy your DVDs, you will have backups of your valuable media so you will never be without it. Having copies of DVDs means that you can distribute them to your customers, students, vendors, prospects, or anybody else who will benefit from them. At Digital Force, we have helped our clients create multimedia DVDs for various applications. We can do that for you, or simply handle the duplication or replication of DVDs you already have.

DVDs hold 17 gigabytes each, while CDs can only hold 4.7 each. This is the ideal medium to use when you have a large quantity of information to store. At Digital Force, we can also assist you with printing inserts for your DVDs and packaging them for distribution. Contact us to discuss your upcoming projects and find out how we can help.
