How Soon Can I Expect My Product?
Standard turnaround time for replicated DISCS ONLY is 5-7 business days from the time of customer signed approval of all artwork. For Fully Packaged Discs we estimate 7-10 business days from the time of customer signed approval of all artwork.

What File Format will I need to save my files before submitting?
EPS, .Tiff files are standard formats you can send. We also recommend that you send us your native files with fonts, in case we need to readjust your files to fit our print specifications. For more information on formats and resolutions please refer to our print guidelines.

I have my own graphics. Will I need your templates?
Yes. You should always use the template of any printer you plan on using since template specifications do vary printer to printer. Download our templates or e-mail us to request one!

I don’t' see the Template I need on your site. How do I obtain the one I need?
If you have a project that involves a different template other than what is posted on this site, you can call and request the appropriate template.

Will I see Print Proofs before going to final print?
Yes. You will receive first a preliminary proof of your artwork either via e-mail, express mail or messenger. A set of proofs is sent to ensure that text and placement is correct before we proceed with final print.

Would you be able to provide Graphic Design?
Yes. At Digital Force we have our own in-house graphics department that will design the artwork from scratch or implement your ideas based on what information you've given them.

Will there be any additional cost to using your graphic designer?

Yes and no. The first hour with graphic designers is complimentary when you order your discs with us. Additional charges are added onto the final bill on the per hour basis. Please contact us for details and price information.

How do I transfer my art files and disc content to you?

You can upload your art files using our FTP upload site or you can mail us a copy of the files on a disc. We will require a physical master copy with the disc content, which can either be mailed or physically brought to our office. Please be advised to use a method that will provide you with a tracking number when mailing items to us.

Can you provide me with a barcode or will I have to purchase one?
We can provide a barcode for you at no additional charge.
